Very Honest and Straight Forward

Dr. Kagan is a very honest and straight forward person who really cares about his patients. He is also a superb surgeon, extremely professional, precise and thorough. If you want LASIK done you want Dr. Kagan. I was a little scared before the surgery, but once in Dr. Kagan’s hands I became calm and really enjoyed the experience.
